- 2 lobster tails split in half
- 8 large sea scallops
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
1️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2️⃣ Cook the Lobster Tails:
Place lobster tails in the skillet, shell side down.
Baste the lobster with garlic butter and cook for 5-6 minutes, until the meat is opaque and fully cooked through.
Remove lobster from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add sea scallops.
Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
