  • 1 lb deli turkey slices

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for a light sweet glaze)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional—adds shine)
  • 1 tbsp water (if using egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice croissants open (don’t cut all the way through if you want them to hold together).
  3. Layer turkey and Swiss cheese inside each croissant. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. For a glossy top: whisk egg + water and lightly brush the croissants (optional).
