Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or toast bread until golden and crisp.
- Place toasted bread slices on a baking sheet.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over each slice.
- Top with sliced tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until warmed through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
