- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp butter or olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt (optional)
- 2 mandarins, peeled and separated

Step by Step:
1️⃣ Toast the Bread:
- Lightly toast the bread until golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Mash the Avocado:
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on the toast.
3️⃣ Scramble the Eggs:
- Heat butter or olive oil in a pan, scramble the eggs until fluffy, and season with a pinch of salt.
4️⃣ Assemble the Toast:
- Place the scrambled eggs on top of the mashed avocado.
5️⃣ Add the Fruit & Serve:
- Arrange the mandarins on the plate for a naturally sweet side. Enjoy!
