- 4–5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Step by Step:
1️⃣ Fry the Eggs:
- Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are slightly runny (or to your preference).
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Avocado & Tomato Salad:
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add salt, black pepper, and chopped basil, then toss gently.
3️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
- Plate the fried eggs next to the avocado & tomato salad.
- Garnish with extra chili flakes for an extra kick!
