🔹 For the Sautéed Mushrooms:
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🔹 For the Guacamole:
- ½ avocado, mashed
- ½ tsp lime juice
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or adjust to your preferred doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
2️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms:
- In the same pan, add butter or olive oil and heat over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, then cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
3️⃣ Fry the Egg:
- Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny.
4️⃣ Make the Guacamole:
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
- Arrange the sliced steak, fried egg, sautéed mushrooms, and guacamole on a plate.
