🔹 For the Steak:

  • 6 oz steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet)
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

🔹 For the Egg:

  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🔹 For the Sautéed Mushrooms:

  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🔹 For the Guacamole:

  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Cook the Steak:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Sear for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or adjust to your preferred doneness.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.

2️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms:

  • In the same pan, add butter or olive oil and heat over medium heat.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, then cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

3️⃣ Fry the Egg:

  • Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny.

4️⃣ Make the Guacamole:

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and black pepper until creamy.

5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

  • Arrange the sliced steak, fried egg, sautéed mushrooms, and guacamole on a plate.
  • Serve warm and enjoy this delicious, protein-rich meal!

Notes

Cooking Tip:
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of chimichurri or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top of the steak!
