🔹 For the Steak:
- 1 ribeye or sirloin steak (8–10 oz)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)
🔹 For the Baked Potato:
- 1 large russet potato
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
🔹 For the Roasted Broccoli:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Prepare the Baked Potato:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pierce the potato with a fork, rub with a little oil and salt, and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Slice open, add butter, shredded cheese, and let melt. Top with sour cream if desired.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak:
- Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and garlic to the pan, baste the steak for another minute, then remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
3️⃣ Roast the Broccoli:
- Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
4️⃣ Plate & Serve:
- Arrange the steak slices, cheesy baked potato, and roasted broccoli on a plate. Enjoy!
