  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Toast the Bread:

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy.

2️⃣ Sauté the Spinach:

  • Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.

3️⃣ Scramble the Eggs:

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pour eggs into the pan with spinach and gently stir until fully cooked (about 2-3 minutes).

4️⃣ Assemble the Toast:
