A creamy, spicy one-pot pasta dish with garlic butter chicken and cheese tortellini.

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high and cook diced chicken until golden. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Reduce heat and add butter and garlic to the same pan. Stir until fragrant.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, onion powder, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add uncooked tortellini and cook uncovered for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender and coated in sauce.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Serve immediately for optimal creaminess.
