  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 large burrata cheese ball
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add marinara sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

3️⃣ Combine with Pasta:

  • Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until fully coated.

4️⃣ Assemble the Dish:

  • Plate the spaghetti, place the burrata cheese on top, and gently break it open.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:

  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, sprinkle fresh basil, and enjoy!
