- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 large burrata cheese ball
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce:
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add marinara sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3️⃣ Combine with Pasta:
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until fully coated.
4️⃣ Assemble the Dish:
- Plate the spaghetti, place the burrata cheese on top, and gently break it open.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, sprinkle fresh basil, and enjoy!
