2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread
4 tbsp cream cheese (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
3 oz smoked salmon
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

Step by Step:
1️⃣ Toast the Bread:
Lightly toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
2️⃣ Spread the Cream Cheese:
Evenly spread cream cheese over each slice of toasted bread.
3️⃣ Add the Smoked Salmon:
Arrange smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.
4️⃣ Top with Cucumber & Seasoning:
Layer thin cucumber slices on top. Drizzle with lemon juice, then season with black pepper and sea salt.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
