Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add the chicken to the center of the slow cooker.
  3. Place the halved potatoes on one side and the green beans on the other side.
