  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning

For the Beef Sausage:

  • 6 beef breakfast sausage links
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil (if needed)

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Cook the Beef Sausages:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sausages and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and crispy.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.

2️⃣ Scramble the Eggs:

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat butter in the same pan over low-medium heat.
  • Pour in eggs and cook gently, stirring occasionally until soft and fluffy.

3️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

  • Plate the scrambled eggs and beef sausages.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the eggs.
