- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage (mild or hot), cooked and crumbled

- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

- Stretch or roll dough into a 12–14 inch circle. Transfer to a pizza pan or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- Sprinkle about 2 cups mozzarella over the sauce.
- Add cooked crumbled Italian sausage, green bell pepper, and pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella over the top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbling and the crust is golden.
- Brush crust with olive oil (optional), rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, preheat your pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Adjust toppings to your preference.
