Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese – a 30-minute morning win everyone will love!


Ingredients

Scale

1 can crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

1/2 pound breakfast sausage

4 large eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp milk

Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain and set aside.

3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until softly set.

4. Unroll crescent dough and place on baking sheet.

5. Fill each triangle with sausage, egg, and cheese.

6. Roll up from wide end and seal edges.

7. Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Serve warm with optional ketchup or hot sauce.

Notes

Make-ahead friendly – store in fridge or freezer.
