- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/3 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add egg, melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix into a soft dough.
- Knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Toss peaches with sugars, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Mix crumble ingredients, cutting in butter until crumbly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
- Divide dough into 8 balls, flatten slightly, and make a well in each.
- Spread cream cheese mixture, add peach filling, then crumble.
- Let rest 15 minutes.
- Bake 20-24 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle sea salt.
