  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • Fresh chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
  • Rosemary sprig (optional for aesthetic)

Instructions

  1. Toss beef cubes in cornstarch and sear in hot oil until browned.
  2. Whisk together glaze ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
  3. Add cooked beef and pineapple to the pan and toss to coat in the glaze.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors and lightly caramelize the pineapple.
  5. Garnish with parsley or green onion and serve hot over rice.
