- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned in juice, drained)

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Fresh chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
- Rosemary sprig (optional for aesthetic)
Instructions
- Toss beef cubes in cornstarch and sear in hot oil until browned.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
- Add cooked beef and pineapple to the pan and toss to coat in the glaze.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors and lightly caramelize the pineapple.
- Garnish with parsley or green onion and serve hot over rice.

- For extra crispiness, pat the beef dry before coating in cornstarch.
