4 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp butter (or dairy-free alternative)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a kick)
Instructions
Step by Step:

Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Pat dry and poke a few holes with a fork.

Place on the baking tray and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they’re soft and caramelized.

Once done, slice each potato open and fluff the inside with a fork. Add a pat of butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Serve warm as a side dish or a healthy snack
