- 24 pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- Place pepperoni slices along one edge of each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly into logs and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
