Description

Cheesy and flavorful pepperoni pizza roll ups made with tortillas, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place pepperoni slices along one edge of each tortilla.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly into logs and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
