Moist banana muffins with a rich Nutella swirl, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fill muffin liners about 3/4 full with batter.
- Spoon Nutella on top of each muffin and gently swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep muffins light.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
