Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fill muffin liners about 3/4 full with batter.
  5. Spoon Nutella on top of each muffin and gently swirl with a toothpick.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
