Mini sausage biscuit breakfast sandwiches are a quick and delicious make-ahead breakfast option. Perfect for busy mornings or easy brunch gatherings.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, 8-count
- 8 breakfast sausage patties
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the biscuits according to the package directions until golden brown.
- While the biscuits bake, cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked through.
- Split the warm biscuits in half.
- Add half a slice of cheddar cheese to each biscuit bottom.
- Place one cooked sausage patty on top of the cheese.
- Add the biscuit tops to make sandwiches.
- Stir the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley, then brush over the tops of the biscuits.
- Return the sandwiches to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are glossy.
Notes
- You can freeze these sandwiches for later use.
- Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
