Description

Mini sausage biscuit breakfast sandwiches are a quick and delicious make-ahead breakfast option. Perfect for busy mornings or easy brunch gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, 8-count
  • 8 breakfast sausage patties
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Bake the biscuits according to the package directions until golden brown.
  3. While the biscuits bake, cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Split the warm biscuits in half.
  5. Add half a slice of cheddar cheese to each biscuit bottom.
  6. Place one cooked sausage patty on top of the cheese.
  7. Add the biscuit tops to make sandwiches.
  8. Stir the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley, then brush over the tops of the biscuits.
  9. Return the sandwiches to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are glossy.
