Description

Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls are easy, cheesy, and perfect for parties or snacks. These pull-apart sliders bake to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano or basil, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
  3. Spread softened butter on the cut sides of both halves.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder over the butter if desired.
  5. Layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on the bottom half.
  6. Place the top half back on.
  7. Wrap tightly in foil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Unwrap and bake 5 more minutes for a golden crust.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
