- In a bowl, mix tuna, Greek yogurt (or mayo), chopped red onion, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Arrange the Platter:
- Place fresh arugula or spinach as a base.
- Arrange sliced avocado, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, pickles, artichoke hearts, and boiled egg around the plate.
3️⃣ Add the Tuna Salad:
- Scoop the tuna salad into the center of the plate.
4️⃣ Final Touches:
- Drizzle olive oil over the greens.
- Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve fresh!
