Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained & chopped)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil until golden.
  2. Sauté garlic, add broth, cream, Parmesan, oregano, chili flakes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over it. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
  5. Serve with pasta, rice, or bread.

  • Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
