- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 beef hot dogs
- 1½ cups canned chili (with or without beans)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place hot dog buns on a baking sheet and lightly brush with melted butter.
- Add hot dogs to the buns and bake for 8–10 minutes until warmed and lightly toasted.
- Spoon chili evenly over each hot dog.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return to oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
