Description

Ingredients

  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 beef hot dogs
  • 1½ cups canned chili (with or without beans)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place hot dog buns on a baking sheet and lightly brush with melted butter.
  3. Add hot dogs to the buns and bake for 8–10 minutes until warmed and lightly toasted.
  4. Spoon chili evenly over each hot dog.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Return to oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
