Ingredients:

🔹 For the Salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

🔹 For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional)

🔹 For the Roasted Asparagus:

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Season & Cook the Salmon:

  • Pat salmon dry and rub with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice and honey (if using), then pour over the salmon.

3️⃣ Roast the Asparagus:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender.

4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

  • Plate the salmon with roasted asparagus.
  • Drizzle extra garlic butter sauce on top and serve with lemon slices. Enjoy!
