  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Prepare the Dressing:

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

2️⃣ Chop & Combine:

  • Add the cooked shrimp, celery, red onion, cucumber, and fresh dill to a large bowl.

3️⃣ Mix Everything:

  • Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors meld.

5️⃣ Garnish & Enjoy:

  • Serve chilled with lemon wedges on the side.
