- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Prepare the Dressing:
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Chop & Combine:
- Add the cooked shrimp, celery, red onion, cucumber, and fresh dill to a large bowl.
3️⃣ Mix Everything:
- Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
4️⃣ Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
