Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup flour (or cornstarch for extra crisp)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for kick)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying)
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • Cooked rice or green beans, for serving

Instructions

  1. Season and coat chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
  3. Melt butter in a clean skillet until lightly golden and foamy.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sticky and glossy.
  5. Toss fried chicken in the sauce until fully coated. Garnish with green onions and serve.
