- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup asparagus, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, and asparagus. Cook for 4–5 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cooked vegetables to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen vegetables if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
