Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Grill the Halloumi:
- Heat a dry pan over medium heat.
- Cook halloumi slices for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:
- In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Scramble the Eggs:
- In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat.
- Crack eggs into the pan and stir continuously until soft and fluffy.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
- Plate the scrambled eggs, grilled halloumi, and sautéed veggies.
