Description

Smoky grilled chicken wings paired with golden fries and a fresh, zesty Greek-style feta salad—a complete and flavorful dinner trio.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Grilled Chicken Wings:

lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey (optional for light glaze)

For the Homemade Fries:

3 large potatoes, cut into thick strips

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

For the Greek-Inspired Salad:

1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

1 large tomato, diced

1 small cucumber, chopped

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice or red wine vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

2. Add wings and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates and cook wings 8–10 mins per side until charred and cooked through (165°F).

4. Brush with honey during final minutes if using.

5. Toss potato strips with oil and salt. Bake at 425°F for 25–30 mins or air fry at 400°F for 18–20 mins.

6. In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste.

7. Assemble plate with wings, fries, and salad. Serve immediately.

Notes

Soak potato strips in water for 30 mins before cooking for crispier fries.

Marinating the chicken deeply enhances flavor and juiciness.

Keep the salad chilled and undressed until just before serving.
