  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Grill the Chicken:

  • Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.

2️⃣ Steam the Broccoli:

  • Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender but still vibrant green.

3️⃣ Prepare the Avocado & Tomatoes:

  • Slice the avocado and sprinkle with paprika and red pepper flakes.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and drizzle with a bit of lemon juice.

4️⃣ Assemble the Plate:

  • Arrange grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, avocado slices, and cherry tomatoes on a plate.
