Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bake is the ultimate weeknight dinner — juicy chicken breasts baked in a savory garlic-Parmesan crust.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
4. Place chicken in dish and coat with mixture.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the top.
7. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add mozzarella before baking.
Avoid overcooking — use a thermometer to check.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
