Ingredients
- Bite-size cooked chicken pieces
- Asparagus spears (cut into pieces)
- Cherry tomatoes (red and yellow, halved)
- Cooked rice

- Italian-style herbs/seasoning
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Cook rice and set aside.
- Season chicken with herbs, salt, and pepper, then sauté in olive oil until browned and cooked through.
- Add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp.
- Stir in garlic and cherry tomatoes and cook just until tomatoes soften and get glossy.
