- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate (chocolate chips or melting wafers)
- 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice each one lengthwise into ‘boats.’
- Spread peanut butter down the center of each banana slice.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Chill or freeze for 10–20 minutes to set the chocolate before serving (optional).
