Description

A quick and easy no-bake banana snack with peanut butter, chocolate drizzle, and chopped peanuts for a sweet and salty treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate (chocolate chips or melting wafers)
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice each one lengthwise into ‘boats.’
  2. Spread peanut butter down the center of each banana slice.
  3. Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter.
  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  5. Chill or freeze for 10–20 minutes to set the chocolate before serving (optional).
