Description

A quick and flavorful beef lo mein stir fry that’s better than takeout. Tender beef, crisp vegetables, and chewy noodles coated in a savory sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup stir fry sauce (dark soy sauce based)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir fry until browned (3-4 minutes).
  3. Add broccoli and carrots. Stir fry until vegetables are crisp-tender (2-3 minutes).
  4. Return noodles to the pan. Add stir fry sauce and toss until everything is evenly coated and glossy (1-2 minutes).
