- 1 large French bread loaf, sliced lengthwise
- 1½ cups marinara or pizza sauce
- 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1½ cups sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Aluminum foil (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place French bread halves cut-side up.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over each bread half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with dried Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
