- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1½ cups corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Pat chicken drumsticks dry and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange drumsticks in a single layer and bake for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- While chicken cooks, prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Warm corn in a saucepan with butter until heated through.
- Serve baked chicken drumsticks hot with rice and corn on the side.
Notes
- For crispier skin, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
