- 1 loaf French bread (or Italian bread), sliced lengthwise
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt.
- Spread garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted, then broil 1–2 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool 2 minutes, then slice into triangles and serve warm.
