Description

Crispy, cheesy garlic bread with a golden crust and rich garlic flavor. Perfect as an easy appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread (or Italian bread), sliced lengthwise
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt.
  3. Spread garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted, then broil 1–2 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool 2 minutes, then slice into triangles and serve warm.
