Quick and cheesy air fryer pepperoni pizza rolls perfect for snacks or appetizers.

- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus 2 tablespoons extra for topping
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional
- Nonstick cooking spray or parchment liner
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the 1/2 cup pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the chopped pepperoni over the sauce.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly across the dough.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Starting from the long side, roll the dough up tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 7 to 8 even rolls.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
- Arrange the pizza rolls cut-side up in the basket, leaving a little space between each one.
- Spoon a tiny bit of extra pizza sauce over the tops, then add a little extra mozzarella if desired.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed, golden, and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Remove carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can swap pepperoni for cooked sausage or veggies.
- For crispier rolls, brush tops lightly with olive oil before air frying.
