Description

Quick and cheesy air fryer pepperoni pizza rolls perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus 2 tablespoons extra for topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional
  • Nonstick cooking spray or parchment liner

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread the 1/2 cup pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pepperoni over the sauce.
  5. Add the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly across the dough.
  6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Starting from the long side, roll the dough up tightly into a log.
  8. Slice the log into 7 to 8 even rolls.
  9. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
  10. Arrange the pizza rolls cut-side up in the basket, leaving a little space between each one.
  11. Spoon a tiny bit of extra pizza sauce over the tops, then add a little extra mozzarella if desired.
  12. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed, golden, and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  13. Remove carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can swap pepperoni for cooked sausage or veggies.
  • For crispier rolls, brush tops lightly with olive oil before air frying.
