Description

A savory-sweet and ultra-easy Dump & Go Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken recipe perfect for busy weeknights. Minimal prep, maximum flavor!

Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into chunks)

1 ½ cups teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water (slurry for thickening)

3 cups fresh broccoli florets

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

1. Add chicken chunks to crockpot. Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour over chicken.

2. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hrs or HIGH for 1.5–2 hrs until cooked through.

3. Mix cornstarch + water. Stir into crockpot with broccoli. Cook 20–30 more mins.

4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

Use low-sodium teriyaki to control salt.

Add pineapple for sweetness or sriracha for spice.

Don’t overcook broccoli—add near end.
