- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks (optional, for extra richness)
Instructions
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mix.
- Stir in chocolate chips and optional dark chocolate chunks.
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra gooey cookies, slightly underbake.
