Description

Fall in love with this creamy Crock Pot Marry Me Chicken—easy, juicy, and slow-cooked to perfection!

Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides.

2. Sear in olive oil until golden (optional).

3. Add broth, cream, cheese, garlic, tomatoes, and red pepper to Crock Pot.

4. Stir until well combined.

5. Place chicken in sauce.

6. Cook on low for 3.5–4 hours until internal temp is 165°F.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.

Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes add more flavor than dry-packed.

Searing the chicken adds extra depth but is optional.
