Description

Creamy Crock Pot Ranch Chicken is the ultimate comforting slow cooker meal your whole family will love!


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (dry)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup chicken broth

8 oz cream cheese (softened, cut into chunks)

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)


Instructions

1. Pat chicken dry, season with ranch, garlic, and onion powders.

2. Sear chicken in olive oil for 2–3 mins per side.

3. In Crock Pot, mix broth, cream cheese, sour cream, and remaining ranch.

4. Place chicken in creamy mixture.

5. Cook on low 4–5 hours until chicken is tender.

6. Stir, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps.

Don’t overcook—check that internal temp is 165°F.

Searing adds flavor, but is optional.
