Instructions
- Season the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic, and lime juice to make the sauce.
- Assemble bowls with rice, top with shrimp, and drizzle with sauce.
- Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
