- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and salt until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange potato slices in a single layer over the Parmesan.
- Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the potato slices dry before tossing with oil and seasonings.
