Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate ice cream
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Let batter rest 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.
  6. Cook 1–2 minutes until golden, flip, and cook another 30–60 seconds.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
  8. Heat heavy cream until warm (not boiling).
  9. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  10. Fold crepes into triangles and arrange on a plate.
  11. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and dust with powdered sugar.
  12. Top with vanilla and chocolate ice cream.
  13. Garnish with chocolate chips if desired.
