- 1 package (12 oz) lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
🔹 For the Creamy Sauce:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Ravioli:
- Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce:
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in broth and heavy cream, stirring until combined.
3️⃣ Add Cheese & Seasoning:
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Combine with Ravioli:
- Add the cooked lobster ravioli to the pan, gently tossing to coat.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately!
