🔹 For the Pasta:

  • 200g spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

🔹 For the Cajun Chicken & Vegetables:

  • 1 chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

🔹 For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra spice)

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil spaghetti or fettuccine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Chicken:

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook until golden and cooked through.

3️⃣ Cook the Vegetables:

  • Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic to the pan.
  • Sauté until tender.

4️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce:

  • Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

5️⃣ Combine & Serve:

  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing everything together.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
