- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
🔹 For the Creamy Sauce:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra spice)

Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Boil spaghetti or fettuccine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Chicken:
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook until golden and cooked through.
3️⃣ Cook the Vegetables:
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic to the pan.
- Sauté until tender.
4️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce:
- Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
5️⃣ Combine & Serve:
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing everything together.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
