- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic and butter to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and mix until fully coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more cheese.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
